• 3 large or 5 small carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp honey (we recommend our Honig Schmidt forest honey)
  • 1 litre vegetable broth
  • 50 millilitres of cream
  • Coriander at will (alternatively other fresh herbs)
  • Pepper, salt, curry and a few chilli flakes

Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry with a little olive oil in the pot. Cut the carrots into slices and add them with the honey. Also fry briefly and then wipe off with the vegetable broth. Soft-boil the carrots.  

Make a creamy soup with a puree stick from the coarse vegetables. Bring the soup to the boil briefly, then add spices, herbs, chilli flakes and cream. Finally, add a small shot of honey.

Stir again and season to taste as needed. Enjoy your meal!
