- 300g wholemeal flour
- a packet of dry yeast
- 1 tbsp honey (we recommend our Honig-Schmidt acacia honey)
- 150ml milk
- About 200g raisins
For the yeast dough, knead the ingredients of flour, water, milk, yeast and honey and leave to rest or leave to rest for at least two hours. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and raisins. Roll the dough into a long sausage. Cut them into individual slices and press a little on the baking sheet.
Bake the honey cinnamon snails at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
