What makes it, whether the honey is tenderly creamy or flows beautifully from the honey spoon?

Most people don't think much. Depending on the taste and mood, one likes the honey rather tough and creamy on the butter bread, the other perhaps prefers nicely liquid.

These honeys also have one thing in common. Storage should be dark and sealed. In order not to destroy the valuable ingredients of bee honey, it should not be stored above 40 degrees.

However, the ideal storage or storage temperature is indeed different for creamy honey and liquid honey.

Creamy honey has its ideal storage temperature between 9 and 12 degrees
Liquid honey at approx. 18 to 21 degrees

No matter what honey consistency you have more - in our shop you will find a variety of natrube-leaved, liquid and creamy honeys.
