We offer pollen from Spain and Lithuania.

Current market information (as of 4th quarter 2024): Due to poor harvests of Spanish pollen, there is a significantly lower quantity of pollen that meets the PA-limits. As a result, our procurement prices, especially for Spanish pollen, have unfortunately risen extremely and we have to adjust our prices, sometimes significantly. We are trying to find other sources of procurement in order to be able to lower the prices again.

Our pollen of the highest quality is carefully harvested, dried and processed. This ensures that all the valuable ingredients are retained. Our high-quality natural bee product is particularly suitable as a dietary supplement. Bee pollen supports the body with a unique complex of active ingredients.

With pollen and products containing pollen, such as bee bread, it is important to ensure that you only purchase products that comply with the PA-limits. The pollen we offer is tested by a neutral laboratory with every new delivery we receive to ensure that it complies with these limits.

Pollen is popular with athletes because it contains up to 40g of protein per 100g and also covers all the important amino acids. Our pollen also has an antioxidant and alkalizing effect. It is therefore not only popular with athletes, but also with health-conscious people and vegetarians. But pollen can do even more. Due to its nutrient composition, pollen counteracts states of exhaustion and stress and provides new energy and vigor. It is therefore ideal for people who are very tense at work and exposed to constant stress.

For a flower pollen cure, regular intake for a period of 6-8 weeks is recommended.

Dosage: 1 teaspoon in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening.

Our pollen tip: Stir pollen into a little natural yoghurt every day and leave to soak. Alternatively, it can also be taken in orange juice or with a little honey. Adults should consume approx. 1-3 teaspoons of pollen per day, children up to the age of 12 a maximum of 1-2 teaspoons. Pollen also adds a special flavor to salads. You can either add the pollen directly to the salad or mix it with the dressing.

Packaging: 250g and 500g are packed in one or 2 jars. 1,000g are packed in PE bags.

Storage: cool, dark, dry

Advice:

  • Do not use if you are allergic or intolerant to bee products.
  • Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

What is pollen? Pollen is the male reproductive cells of the seed plants, which the bees bring to the female part of the flowering plant. For the bees themselves, pollen is vital food and a source of nutrients for rearing their brood. Without pollen, a bee colony cannot renew itself.

Reply by Honig Schmidt:
