Honey is the perfect gift for in between, for good friends and family or a honey lover. Our honeys are always pure, unmixed and unfiltered. In our small, family-run honey factory, we still process our honey by hand today. During processing, we make sure not to exceed the natural temperature of the beehive, so that all the valuable ingredients of the honey (e.g. vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants) are preserved ("cold-spun").
