A very simple and delicious cookie recipe with honey for cookie cutters – the classics among the Christmas cookies.
Ingredients (for 2 sheets of honey biscuits):
- 300g wholemeal flour
- 160g butter
- 3 tbsp honey (we recommend our fir honey)
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- and one knife tip vanilla and one with cinnamon
Mix all ingredients and knead well. Leave the finished dough to rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. Then roll out and stick out at will.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the honey cookies for about 10 minutes. Then sprinkle or decorate at will.
