• 250g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey (we recommend our Wild Flower honey or Acacia honey)
  • 100 ml oil (e.B. rapeseed oil or sunflower oil)
  • 75 ml milk
  • 175g oatmeal

Mix the flour and baking powder and gradually add the other ingredients. Stir until the honey has completely dissolved and a uniform consistency is formed. 

Pour the dough into a muffin sheet (preferably with paper moulds) and bake for 25 minutes at 160 degrees.
