This honey composition consists of 90% Spanish forest honey and 10% Italian chestnut honey. The malty, aromatic character of the forest honey remains at the forefront, while the chestnut honey adds a subtle, slightly bitter depth.

Both honeys are individually single-origin and carefully combined to create a balanced specialty. While chestnut honey is known for its strong, slightly bitter character, forest honey adds a deep, malty note. Together, they form a complex and well-rounded honey.

Carefully composed – clearly labelled

This product is not a single-origin honey, but a deliberately created composition.
Similar to a fine cuvée, selected honeys are combined to complement each other.

The result is a honey that preserves the intensity of chestnut honey while gaining balance and smoothness from forest honey.
