Fir Honey from Germany (Baden-Württemberg) – dark, aromatic & natural
Note:
The product image is for illustration purposes. The jar and label match our current honey packaging design – the honey itself has the same dark appearance as shown.
Description:
Our fir honey comes directly from beekeepers in Baden-Württemberg and is prized for its rich, spicy flavor and deep amber color. As a honeydew honey, it is produced from the sweet droplets that form on fir needles, giving it an unmistakably strong and aromatic taste with subtle resinous notes.
Fir honey is considered a true rarity, as the yield depends heavily on weather conditions and is only available in good harvest years. This year’s batch offers an exceptional quality, carefully harvested and left completely natural – just as nature intended.
