Authentic Manuka Honey from New Zealand – MGO 400+

Our premium Manuka honey comes directly from New Zealand and has a lab-tested MGO content of 463 mg/kg (equivalent to MGO 400+), as of February 7, 2025. The certificate of analysis is available upon request.

Harvested from the nectar of the Manuka plant (Leptospermum scoparium), this honey stands out for its purity, rich flavor, and high quality. Its strong, earthy taste makes it a favorite among honey enthusiasts.

Thanks to its high MGO content, this Manuka honey is considered particularly valuable. The MGO level indicates the non-peroxide antibacterial strength of the honey. Our honey is processed with care and undergoes strict quality controls in New Zealand.

The quality and effectiveness are determined by two key ratings:

  • UMF® (Unique Manuka Factor): Measures the antibacterial activity and purity of the honey.
  • MGO (Methylglyoxal): Indicates the concentration of the active compound responsible for Manuka honey’s unique properties.

The higher the values, the stronger the antibacterial effect. Consumers can trust that they are getting a high-quality, authentic product.
