Many of our customers ask us how much and how best to take what form of propolis. There are many different opinions and different personal feelings. Propolis in the form of finely ground powder is efficient as it is not diluted. The intake is well suited for supplementing various meals or directly pure with a sip of water for after drinking. It is said that a knife tip would be well suited every day or twice a day.
Some people say that you should initially keep about 1 gram a day as an intake and then slowly increase to 3 grams daily. Propolis tincture is particularly suitable for people who do not like the taste of propolis powder. The tincture can be taken very well diluted with water.
