Propolis is a natural antibiotic for bees and protects the hive with its antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties. Propolis contains many valuable ingredients for the human body, such as essential oils, vitamins (especially A, B1, B2, B3 and biotin), minerals, trace elements, small amounts of pollen, wax, royal jelly and amino acids. Particularly noteworthy is the high content of valuable bioflavonoids.

Order our propolis dosing spoon at the same time. You can fill this 1-2 times a day and are therefore on the safe side with regard to the maximum daily dose.
