• 250g flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 175ml milk
  • Small pinch of salt
  • Some honey (we recommend our acacia honey or wildflower honey)
  • Raspberries or blackberries

The preparation of the pancakes is very simple. Mix all the ingredients until an even dough has come in. Heat some vegetable oil (alternatively butter) in the pan. Then add 2 tbsp of dough per pancake to the pan and bake the pancakes for about 2 minutes each side. Then garnish with honey and berries. Good Apetit.
