Linden honey is a special type of honey
While lime blossom honey is extracted from the nectar of the lime blossom, lime honey is a honeydew honey. The honey has a subtle aroma of medicinal herbs, characteristic is a slight aftertaste of menthol. Despite its spicy, strong taste, lime honey is never heavy.

Linden honey is traditionally used for colds.
