Propolis is a resinous mixture that bees collect from tree buds. Its color varies depending on its botanical source, the most common being brown.
It is a very important natural source for the bees. Propolis helps to keep bacteria or viruses out of the beehive.
Origin: from german and european beekeepers.
Best-by-date: End of 2021
Oral intake: 1,5-3 gramm a day (one or two of our measuring spoons) together with honey or mix it together with your food.

Our special tip: Add our measuring spoon for ¤1,90 to your order! You can fill it up one/ two times a day, so you know exactly how much you have to take!
We recommend two times half a spoon every day in the beginning, and you can slowly increase the dosis to two times a day.
