Bee pollen supports the body with a unique complex of active ingredients. It is popular with athletes because it contains up to 40g of protein per 100g and also covers all the important amino acids. In addition, our bee pollen has an antioxidant and alkaline effect. Therefore, it is not only popular with athletes, but also with health-conscious people and vegetarians.

But pollen can do even more. Due to its nutrient composition, bee pollen counteracts states of exhaustion and stress, gives new energy and vigour. It is therefore ideal for people who are very tense at work and exposed to constant stress.

Our bee pollen is carefully harvested and dried. For a flower pollen cure, regular intake for a period of 6-8 weeks is recommended. Dosage: 1 teaspoon each morning, noon and evening.

Unfortunately, many bee pollen products from Germany are contaminated with pesticides due to intensive agriculture and the use of pesticides. Our product from a low-traffic region in the Spanish mountains consists of natural pollen from a particularly diverse vegetation and is free of residues.

Our bee pollen tip:: Stir bee pollen into some natural yoghurt every day and let it soak. Alternatively, it can also be taken in orange juice or with some honey. Adults should take about 1-3 teaspoons of bee pollen daily, children up to 12 years of age a maximum of 1-2 teaspoons.
Bee pollen also gives salads a special aroma. You can either pour the pollen directly over the salad or mix it with the dressing.

What is pollen?
The pollen is the male reproductive cells of the sperm plants, which are brought by the bees to the female part of the flowering plant. For the bee itself, the pollen means vital food, as well as nutrient carriers in the rearing of the bee brood. Without pollen, a bee colony cannot renew itself.

Scientific studies have shown that the pollen is an almost perfect food, with substances of valuable human value such as protein, fats (multiple unsaturated fatty acids), sugars, vitamins, minerals (especially potassium and phosphorus), amino acids and substances that inhibit bacterial growth. In addition, analyses have shown that flower pollen contains various trace elements in a variety and balance that no other food has.

With the pollen, all necessary trace elements are fed to the human body in the correct dosage. Already 30 grams of pollen per day counteracts symptoms caused by incorrect nutrition or illness.

Top Qualität

Bin seit Jahren Kundin bei Ihnen und immer sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität der Pollen. Schön finde ich die Lieferung im Glas seit diesem Jahr. das ist besser als im Plastikbeutel und das Glas kann ich wieder verwenden. Weiter so.

Seltsam, dass Ihre Produkte aus dem Ausland kommen!? Obwohl für den Schwarzwald geworben wird.

Wir haben Ihren Hinweis nochmals geprüft, ob ein Fehler auf unserer Seite vorliegt, aber wir schreiben eindeutig bei unseren Blütenpollen: "Der Pollen aus Spanien, den Sie in unserem Shop kaufen können, ist frei von Rückständen und von bester Qualität."

Nicht alle Produkte stammen zwangsläufig aus dem Schwarzwald, auch wenn dort unsere Honig-Manufaktur ansässig ist. Bestimmte Honigsorten aus unserem Sortiment stammen z.B. aus mediterranen Gegenden wo die Pflanzen wachsen, wie z.B. Pinienhonig, Thymianhonig oder Rosmarinhonig. Der Lavendelhonig stammt z.B. aus der Provence in Frankreich. Aber generell weisen wir entsprechend auf die Herkunft hin.

Der Blütenpollen unterliegt selbstverständlich den strengen Vorgaben und wird entsprechend regelmäßig kontrolliert und analysiert.

Ich hoffe, Sie sind trotz des Missverständnis mit der Qualität und der Wirkung der Blütenpollen zufrieden.
