Honey on bread or as a sugar substitute in the tea is already part of everyday life for many. However, the use of honey must not be limited to breakfast or breakfast bread. Because you can also use the sweet natural juice in the kitchen. Sweet cats should first come up with the baked honey banana. All you have to do is slice a few bananas, put them in a honey-sesame mixture and then either put them in a fryer for a few minutes or simply fry them in a pan with enough fat golden brown. This treat isn't quite as low in calories, but it's particularly delicious.

The use of honey is not limited to desserts, of course. It can be used to refine the taste of salad sauces. For example, honey can be used as an alternative to dressings with oil and vinegar. For a Mediterranean salad, for example, you can make a dressing of honey and lemon juice (about a cup each) and then season it with half a teaspoon of pepper and half a teaspoon of colorful pepper and a decent pinch of salt. The dressing should rest in the fridge for a while before consumption. If you prefer the honey pure, you can give it over a delicious, fruity fruit salad.

Basically, honey can be used in the kitchen wherever a sweet touch is desired. This means that it can be used for cooking and baking. But honey can also be used wonderfully for meat, especially for the sauce base.
