• 500g spaghetti
  • 2 small cups of cream
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 fresh tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp honey (we recommend our acacia honey)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 onions
  • Salt, pepper
  • Fresh basil

Cook the spaghetti al dente.

Meanwhile, peel the onion and dice it small. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and lightly whisk the onion in it. Dice the tomatoes and add them with tomato paste and acacia honey, mix briefly and pour in the cream. Season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil.

Add the spaghetti to the tomato sauce and serve garnished with a basil leaf. Good Apetit!
