Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp honey (we recommend our fir honey)
  • 2 koblauchtos (pressed)
  • 60 grams of ketchup
  • 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (sharp)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp chilli sauce (sweet-sour)
  • 1 shot Tabasco
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 kg Spare-Ribs

Preparation:
Mix fir honey, ketchup, pressed garlic cloves, sambal oelek, dijon mustard, soy sauce, sweet and sour chilli sauce and tabasco into a marinade. Season to taste again as needed. 

Fry the spare ribs (for approx. 4-5 ribs) in the oven for about 20 minutes at 210°C (upper-lower heat) until they have lost the meat colour.

Sprinkle with the marinade from both sides and fry again in the oven for 20 minutes. Take out again, sprinkle on both sides with the marinade and then fry for 20 minutes on the other side. Repeat the procedure until the whole marinade is used up.
