- 1 ciabatta bread to bake
- 1 roll of goat's cheese
- 3-4 tbsp honey (we recommend our Forest honey)
- 200g walnut seeds
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 150ml garlic oil
Cut the ciabatta into slices about 2 cm wide. Put garlic oil in a pan. Heat the oil in the pan on a medium level. Fry the slices of bread in the pan from both sides for about 2 minutes, so that the bread absorbs the oil nicely and becomes crispy.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees circulating air. Slice the goat's cheese and place two on each of the bread slices. Add some honey to the cheese and sprinkle rosemary on it. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 7-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with walnut seeds.
