Our popular classic: Forest honey from Spain from the Léon region has a considerably darker colour and a stronger, spicier aroma than that from Germany or Italy.
New since 05.04.2025 and only available in limited quantities: Forest honey from Germany from the Black Forest, which has a slightly lighter flavour of blossoms compared to Spanish forest honey.

Forest honey is a honeydew honey, i.e. the honeybees extract it not only from flower nectar, but to a large extent from honeydew. It usually has a dark color, a liquid consistency and a strong, spicy taste with a slightly malty note.
